An exploration of the traditional house of the Vietnamese Red River Delta in the north. The video explains a typical single storey rectangular plan divided into odd numbered compartments with a main hall and side rooms, L or U shaped layouts surrounding a central courtyard, use of wood or bamboo structures and tiled or thatched roofs.
