-1Kg pork belly sliced into bbq pieces.. (NOTE!!! don't slice too thin so it won't overcook easily to avoid becoming tough and dry)
-1/2cup soy sauce
-3/4cup light brown sugar
-2 and 1/2Tbsp calamansi juice
-1 head garlic crushed
-ground black pepper

-1/2cup cooking oil,
