Biscocho, often spelled "biskotso," is a versatile term in Filipino cuisine, encompassing various baked goods.However, its most common and widely understood meaning refers to a twice-baked bread, much like Italian biscotti. 1 This process involves baking a loaf, slicing it, and then baking the slices again until they are dry and crisp.
