Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) is the only state university in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. It has nine campuses strategically spread out across the province. NORSU offers 78 degree programs, including 41 undergraduate, 25 masters, and 12 doctorate degrees. The university has a rich history, dating back to 1907.
